Phil Stamp Covers produce unique handmade covers for various stamp issues, which are supposed to "complement the associated stamps in a light-hearted, humorous way" with their cartoon style. I was asked to do a cover as a guest (and also the first non-English) artist and chose the February 2009 issue themed "Celebrating Wales".
