Another scene from the pilot episode "Darkly Dawns The Duck" that I absolutely adore is Gosalyn's adoption right in the end. She is sad, since she thinks Darkwing Duck died after fighting Taurus Bulba... until she hears his voice in the parlour of the orphanage and finds Drake Mallard (looking like any generic, suburban citizen) standing there, not recognising him at first. Only when he mentions that he has trouble making breakfast, for he always forgets the milk (a running gag set up in this episode) and his bandages fall over his eyes (Does he do it on purpose to remind Gosalyn of the mask he wears as Darkwing Duck? Who knows.), she jumps into his arms and he adopts her as his daughter. Yeah, hands down, I'm all for the soppy moments of the show. ^-^
