Archenemies since high school

It is (as Gosalyn mentioned once) a bit sad that Darkwing has been fighting Megavolt since high school and still hasn't managed to beat him. :) Here's a little tribute to my favourite DW-villain Elmo Sputterspark, a.k.a. Megavolt. :*)
