"Darkly Dawns the Duck" tribute

"Darkwing Duck" has just turned 17 and I wanted to celebrate this happy occasion with a tribute to the pilot episode that started it all: "Darkly Dawns the Duck". Taurus Bulba was an electrifying villain and it's a pity he was dumped so regardlessly, even if he got a little comeback in one of the show's final episodes.
